Plan Questions Answered

Yes. Additional systems (e.g., a second furnace or AC unit) can be added to any plan at a reduced per-system rate. Contact us for multi-system pricing.
Essential covers one tune-up of your choice (heating or cooling). Premier and Elite include both — a spring cooling tune-up and a fall heating tune-up at minimum. Elite also includes two additional seasonal visits.
Maintenance plans cover the cost of tune-up labor. Parts and repairs needed beyond routine maintenance are charged separately, but plan members receive a 10–20% discount on all repair parts and labor.
Plans are annual agreements. You may cancel after completing the first year. If you cancel mid-year, you will be charged for any services already rendered at standard (non-plan) rates.
Yes. We offer customized commercial maintenance agreements for businesses with single or multiple rooftop units, split systems, or larger commercial HVAC installations. Contact us for a custom commercial quote.
